Stretch, jump, lift!

Are you ready for a challenge at The FITspot? Our weekly workouts are $5/class and usually last for one hour. Stop by for a Monday or Wednesday night class at 6 p.m., or kick off your day with a Saturday morning 10 a.m. class.

Our classes are challenging, yet rewarding. We mix things up by incorporating:

  • Weight-training: Increase your strength and add muscle mass.
  • Circuit-training: Keep your heart rate up and burn calories.
  • Yoga and stretching: Slow down and loosen up tight limbs.

Our classes are kid-friendly as long as a parent is in attendance. Visit our club this week to give one of our killer workouts a try.
